Rangers LEAD Conference & Master’s Toolbox

Marshall Bruner serves as Compassion Ministries Coordinator for BGMC

Master’s Toolbox is the BGMC missions arm of Royal Rangers. Under the leadership of Karl Fleig, national director, Royal Rangers had its greatest year in giving to Master’s Toolbox: $101,682.07.

This March at the Rangers LEAD Conference in Springfield, Mo., Karl and David Boyd presenting the 2017-18 Master’s Toolbox project called “Catapult 700.”

“We hope to accomplish three goals in the near future,” says Doug Marsh, national director, Royal Rangers International. “Our first goal is to provide Royal Rangers training and resources in Swahili. Second, we want to equip and build new structures at the national Rangers training center outside of Nairobi, Kenya. Third, we want to establish the Royal Rangers ministry in four new nations. Our challenge for Africa is that you will help us plant 700 or more African outposts.”

For only $429, a new outpost can be planted in Africa.

During the BGMC luncheon at LEAD, David challenged leaders to text friend, family members, and acquaintances and ask that they help Rangers plant these new outposts. By doing so, over $70,000 have been pledged so far. While others were texting, some leaders began to hand over cash and check to help with this momentous task. Our district Royal Rangers leaders are among the most dedicated leaders of  our Fellowship.

Karl Fleig has pledged to double the national Master’s Toolbox giving in 2017. With great anticipation, we watch the Master’s Toolbox ministry grow as boys and their leaders catch the vision to reach the spiritual lost boys of Africa and beyond.
