Gear Up for Summer "GO!"

Teaching Kids the “GO” Part of “Pray, Give, Go!”

Marshall Bruner, compassion ministries coordinator/BGMC
mbruner@ag.org

Gearing up for summer is a great time to teach kids about the heart of God: reaching other kids with the gospel message of Jesus Christ. And it starts right where they live—at their schools and neighborhoods. Please don’t think that kids need to be teenagers before they learn about the Great Commission and becoming serious about leading others to Jesus. It must start now, while kids are teachable.

Spend the months of June and July getting your kids prepared to live out their faith before their friends and in their schools by teaching them the E-LIFE Plan. Our E-LIFE resources are free, and the lessons can be taught individually or clustered into groups for an entire hour of lessons on …

  • Seeking the Holy Spirit’s help—so we can help others.
  • Showing kindness and friendship—so others can see the image of Jesus in us.
  • Sharing the story about Jesus—kids witnessing to other kids!
  • Inviting others to church and to know Jesus.
  • Investing in the lives of others—kids mentoring other kids!

Download the individual lessons (games, object lesson devotionals, group discussion starters, Scripture pictures, and illustrated Bible stories) and Go 3-D Discoveries (kids mentoring kids lessons).

If you want to talk individually about how to maximize your summer months, please contact me at mbruner@ag.org, (417) 862-2781, ext. 4093.

The first 10 people who respond by email to mbruner@ag.org with the subject line “E-LIFE” will receive a free E-LIFE flash drive containing:
•    E-LIFE application and lessons
•    E-LIFE Go 3-D Discoveries
•    “Pray, Give, Go” activities
•    E-LIVE video countdowns

Now is the time!
