Camp Success in Uruguay

We conducted our first ever kids camp in Uruguay way back in 2004. That year, over 35 kids received the baptism in the Holy Spirit. This made us realize how important these camps are to the kids of Uruguay. So every year since then, we’ve been conducting from one to four camps, depending on the funds available.

The camps run anywhere from 400 to 650 kids. One of the main focuses is that kids have the opportunity to receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit.

Over 90 percent of the kids we reach in Uruguay are the first Christians in their families. In fact, they are usually the very first Christians in their known family history.

With no Christian parents, and being taught in school that there is no God, it’s imperative that these kids have the opportunity to receive the Holy Spirit.

BGMC has helped every kids camp in Uruguay since 2006. From staging, puppets, music, backdrops, lighting systems, projectors, and more, BGMC is changing Uruguay through the children.
