Macaiah's Water Well

Micaiah Lacy is an 8 year-old boy whose heart was touched by the story of kids in Africa who don't have access to clean water.

He said, "I wanted them to come into our house and get water because we have water. We would run out of cups!"

Micaiah decided to raise $2,000 to build a well in Africa, and it took 2 years to do it!

With the help of his family and by giving up birthday and Christmas gifts, Micaiah was able to reach his goal.

Micaiah wants to tell everyone, "Don't be scared to give your money away. You don't know who you could help."
